The Easton Practice comprises of one consulting room; Eucalyptus room; situated in historic building ‘The Old Co-op’, on Chelsea Road in the heart of Easton. The commercial building is shared by several single-owner to small-team businesses.

Eucalyptus room is situated on the ground floor, at the back of the building, near to the side entrance door. The shared kitchen and toilet facilities are situated nearby on the ground floor.

The Old Co-op is a short five minute walk to Stapleton Road train station and the popular St Marks Road area, where you’ll find shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs.

Eucalyptus Room

  • Eucalyptus room at The Easton Practice has a contemporary feel, whilst also offering a high level of comfort.

    It comprises of two large and distinct spaces; an area perfect for face-to-face talking therapy sessions with individuals, couples and family groups, and a second area with a desk, perfect for work requiring the use of laptop or creative practices. The two spaces have an adjoining wall with glass panelling and a door.

    Eucalyptus room is suitable for up to 5 people.

    Eucalyptus room is currently fully booked.

    The minimum booking requirement at The Easton Practice is eight hours per week, with any ‘block’ being booked needing to be a minimum of two hours.

  • Eucalyptus room offers highly competitive rental rates with hourly rates decreasing as the number of hours booked increases, as follows:

    Weekday rates:

    8 hrs p/week booked = £7 p/hr

    9-15 hrs p/week booked = £6.50 p/hr

    16+ hrs p/week booked = £6 p/hr

    Saturday rate:

    A flat rate of £6 p/hr, with 50% off the first two months* (*minimum commitment 4 months).

30 minutes is left between bookings, to allow therapists time to set-up and pack-down before and after their booked slot

Directions

The Old Co-op has two entrances; one at the front of the property on Chelsea Road, and one on the side of the property on Colston Road. The bell/intercom and entrance for Eucalyptus room is at the Colston Road entrance. Next to the entrance door there is a sign listing the occupiers, where you will see ‘The Easton Practice Eucalyptus room’ listed next to ‘unit 15’.

The Old Co-op is a short five-minute walk from Stapleton Road train station and a slightly longer walk (less than 10 minutes) from Stapleton Road, along which many bus routes operate.

Accessibility

Eucalyptus room is on the ground floor close to the front entrance door. A disabled toilet is also available on the ground floor a short distance from the room. On-street parking is available outside the practice and on all nearby roads.
